Ingredients

- 50ml Piston Oak Aged Dry Gin
- 20ml Honey Syrup
- - 400ml Honey
- - 100ml Hot Water
- - 1 TBSP Orange Blossom Water
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters

Steps

Step 1.

Add the honey syrup and bitters into a glass

Step 2.

Stir

Step 3.

Top the glass with ice

Step 4.

Pour over the Oak Aged Dry Gin

- 50ml Piston Coffee Infused Gin
- 1 Shot of Espresso
- 15ml Maple Syrup

Steps

Step 1.

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shakers

Step 2.

Add ice to shaker

Step 3.

Shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels icy

Step 4.

Strain into glass

Step 5.

Garnish with 2/3 coffee beans
