Ingredients

- 50ml Piston Douglas Fir Infused Dry Gin
- 15ml Dry Vermouth

Steps

Step 1.

Freeze your glass

Step 2.

In a mixing glass add 50ml of Piston Douglas Fir Infused Dry Gin

Step 3.

Add 15ml dry Vermouth

Step 4.

Stir in mixing glass

Step 5.

Serve in frozen glass

Ingredients

- 35ml Piston Douglas Fir Infused Gin
- 10ml Peach Liqueur
- 20ml Rosehip Syrup
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- Soda water to top

Steps

Step 1.

In a cocktail shaker add Douglas Fir Infused Gin

Step 2.

Add into the shaker peach liqueur, rosehip syrup and lemon juice

Step 3.

Top shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds

Step 4.

Double Strain into a tall glass over ice

Step 5.

Garnish with lemon peel
